Worst Customer Service ever

My flight was cancelled. The option offered were reinbursenment over payment method or voucher for other flight. I chose the first option. so I had to call the contact center in order to do it. However, contact center does not exist. They make you wait for 1 hour without reply. I wrote another email explaining the problem and they sent me an automatic response with an invitation to get the voucher. Finally, I decided to get the voucher because otherwise I had lost completely my money, but *hooray* there was an IT error and the couldn't give me anything. Worst customer service ever experienced.

Nice air purifiers, good support!

I tried two of their air purifiers, unfortunately I couldn't use them due to their strong ionizers. But, the process of ordering, trying them out, packaging, and customer service experience went well! They do design their products well, I found it easy to contact them by chat on their website or call them for help. Overall a pleasant experience.

Treated Me Like I Stole Something

We ordered a replacement filter for our air purifier and the company accidentally sent us two. When we informed them of the mistake, instead of thanking us for being honest, they sent us an email saying that we would have to repackage the filter and take it to a Fed ex store. They then threatened that if they didnt receive it back within thirty days, they would charge my credit card. Speaking of ungratefu! Maybe I'm mistaken, but I believe that would be unlawful use of my credit card. I didn't expect anything for free. If I did I wouldnt have contacted them in the first place. I just didn't expect to be treated like a criminal for doing the right thing. Maybe that is their new tactic to sell more filters. Terrible customer service. Buy a different product from a better company.

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking, I'm waiting for more that 1 year for this company to refund me and still no answer. Imoral and ilegal.

Avoid this airline at all cost

Avoid this airline at all cost . Been trying to get a refund since June 2020 . Only ever get generic emails that are unhelpful.
You cannot call as the phone lines are closed.
Customer service dose not exist, do not give them your money

Website won't process any payments.

Every time I try to place an order, the payment is declined. I tried 3 valid credit cards over a 4 day period. Obviously a website problem. Sent several emails to them with no response.
